现货市场价格同步走弱,跌幅略大于期货价格,基差低位运行。截至2月6日,PE05合约基差-142元/吨,环比一周前减少170元/吨,LLDPE薄膜料中国市场均价6796元/吨,环比前一周下跌212元/吨,华东薄膜料市场价6832元/吨,环比前一周下跌216元/吨,华北薄膜料市场价6713元/吨,环比前一周下跌212元/吨。
近期聚乙烯市场基本面呈现供强需弱格局。春节假期临近,下游企业全面停工,需求进入真空期,而供应端维持高开工率,导致企业库存开始累积。成本端原油价格因地缘政治前景不明而震荡,市场方向不明确。加之节前资金避险情绪浓厚,预计聚乙烯主力合约将以震荡偏空态势运行,波动率收窄。建议节前减仓,轻仓过节,以规避长假期间外盘风险。
一、供给端:产量历年高位运行
供给端,近期行业停车及复工装置均较多,停车装置数量小幅下降。上周停车检修量约143万吨,复工产能约177万吨,行业累计停产及检修产能共计约370万吨。上周国内聚乙烯供应端延续开工率及产量”双增”的格局。截至2月6日,PE行业开工率85.91%,环比增加0.56%,同比减少2.52%;周度产量71.24万吨,环比增加0.64万吨,同比增加6.06万吨。
国际贸易方面,我国为PE净进口国,外商节前报盘减少,进口商采购意愿低迷,虽进口窗口仍有打开,但节前进口货源对国内供应的冲击有限,进口到港量有所下降,预计后期国内PE进口量将进一步下滑。截至25年12月30日,国内初级形状聚乙烯出口数量累计值50.38万吨,同比增加9.51万吨;国内初级形状聚乙烯进口数量累计值544.63万吨,同比减少23.77万吨。
二、需求端:春节前降负运行
需求端,进入需求淡季,且距春节假期不足一周,下游工厂陆续停工放假,后续拿货量将逐步减少,整体开工率环比下降。上一周期聚乙烯下游各行业整体开工率33.73%,环比下降4.03%。节后注意关注下游工厂复工情况,农膜旺季表现及厂商补库行为。
细分行业来看,截至2月6日,农膜行业处于传统淡季,开工率30.18%,环比下跌4.38%。棚膜基本铺设完毕,需求锐减,进入维护和零星补充阶段;地膜需求启动缓慢,多数企业零星开机或停机,整体开工率呈持续下滑态势,注意关注节后订单表现。PE包装膜行业开工率为38.82%,环比下跌3.25%。电商物流、食品饮料等终端节前备货结束,订单骤减。PE管材行业开工率为23.67%,环比下跌4.16%。整体来看,下游中小企业已基本完成节前停工,规模企业也逐步降负,待春节后根据复工情况及市场价格再择机采购,节前需求端已无实质性改善可能。节后关注下游整体复工情况,及“金三银色”小旺季的提振效用。
三、库存:生产企业大幅累库
库存方面,上周国内聚乙烯库存呈现生产企业大幅累库、贸易商库存小幅去化的格局。上游生产企业库存趋势由跌转涨,主因是供应端产量增加、需求端刚需疲软,厂家出货节奏放缓;节前下游企业复工无望,刚需采购基本消失,聚乙烯库存去库节奏全面停滞,预计春节前库存将继续保持累积态势,库存压力将持续至春节后。截至2月6日,PE生产企业权益库存37.97万吨,环比增加5.67万吨;贸易商权益库存2.32万吨,环比减少0.23万吨。
四、成本端:原油波动不确定性仍存
成本方面,受海外宏观因素扰动,本周美伊将举行下一轮谈判,双方在核问题上的分歧尚存,后续地缘冲突升级或推升国际油价,对聚乙烯成本端形成阶段性支撑,但目前双方谈判前景尚未明确,油价震荡运行,并未形成持续上涨趋势,对聚乙烯的成本支撑相对有限。丙烯和期货价格波动率收窄,春节假期临近影响,国内大宗商品交投普遍清淡,资金避险情绪升温,场内多头资金逐步撤离,市场情绪有所降温,预计年前将平稳运行。整体来看近期成本面表现对市场行情支撑力度不确定性较高,后续注意观察美伊谈判结果及原油价格走势。
